In4Matic seeks a Business & Functional Analyst to support projects across Belgium and other EU locations, gathering detailed requirements and producing functional specifications for IT system enhancements.

You will collaborate with the Solution Architect, Project Manager, and business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, create test cases for UAT, and maintain process documentation while supporting vendors to validate functionalities.

Qualifications

• Experience creating User Stories, Story Maps, and functional requirements.
• Experience drafting Use Cases and non-functional requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and possess a technical background in cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure), data integration techniques.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Capable of analyzing business partner activities to understand strengths and weaknesses.

Practical Information

This is a long-term consulting opportunity, supporting projects in Belgium and other EU Countries. Fluent Dutch and English are required for this role.
