Keystone Solutions in Belgium seeks a Business Analyst - Expert Cards for client-site consultancy. You will analyze issues in cards products, evaluate change requests, and translate business needs into IT requirements.

You will work 50% on site and 50% from home, collaborating with stakeholders and applying agile methods to deliver value in Belgian cards initiatives.

Qualifications

• Business expertise (products, processes) in cards and related services.
• Knowledge of the cards industry, especially in Belgium.
• Ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and IT links.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment.
• Preferable: Project management and/or Product Owner in cards business.
• Experience with agile methodology.
• Knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero, Apple Pay.

Mission Overview:

The Business Analyst - Expert Cards role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze issues and propose improvements for cards products and services.
• Evaluate and analyze change requests.
• Identify solutions with colleagues in the squad and assess different options.
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as an interface with stakeholders.
• Bridge business needs with IT.
• Define business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business and IT).
• Follow up on implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good spoken communication skills are useful.
• French: Good spoken communication skills are recommended.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a must.

Education:

• Master Degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience:

• Preferable: Knowledge of cards-related technology and architecture.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory: Business expertise (products, processes, etc.) in cards and related services.
• Knowledge of the cards industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc.).
• Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment.
• Preferable: Experience in project management and/or as Product Owner in a cards business.
• Experience with agile methodology.
• Knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero, Apple Pay, etc.
