Keystone Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for a consultancy assignment at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions within the Fraud Cluster of the Transformation Office. You will lead business analysis activities as Feature Owner/Opus Owner and coordinate stakeholders to mature solutions.

You will translate business needs into formal requirements, support end-to-end testing, and contribute to change management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Business Analysis with Agile ideation and OPUS ownership.
• Fraud prevention/detection knowledge in banking is a differentiator.
• Proficient in MS Office, including data visualization.
• Strong written and spoken communication in Dutch, French, and English.

Mission Overview:

The position is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on client projects within the Fraud Cluster of the Transformation Office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities as Feature Owner/Opus Owner, including functional analysis and business needs collection, under the consultancy model.
• Coordinate contributors and stakeholders during ideation and refinement phases until solutions are mature.
• Ensure clear communication to business stakeholders, validate requirements, and cover customer experience aspects.
• Translate business/client needs into requirements for target solutions, document needs for autonomous squad progress, and liaise with contributors as needed.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities, report progress, defects, and risks.
• Support change management by mapping needs with delivered functionalities and monitoring at go-live.
• Identify, communicate, and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues transparently.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis role, including Agile ideation and refinement techniques and Opus ownership.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection activities in the banking sector is a differentiating factor.
• Expertise in MS Office, especially with graphs and data visualisations.
• Contribution to testing activities and functional analysis.
• Functional and technical understanding is preferable.
• Excellent business analytic skills, project management experience (OPUS and feature ownership, refinement and ideation techniques).
• Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
