And today, we are looking for a Business Analyst who can analyse, structure and clarify… but also build connections and help projects move forward in a practical way.

What you’ll do

Depending on the projects, contexts and needs, you will:

• Understand how business teams operate and the realities they face on the ground.
• Identify, analyse and formalise user and stakeholder needs.
• Document processes in a clear, structured and useful way.
• Model business processes, workflows and system interactions.
• Translate business needs into concrete functional requirements for project and technical teams.
• Contribute to digital projects involving data, automation and artificial intelligence.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, business teams and external partners.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, gather the right information and move topics forward pragmatically.
• Build trusted relationships with the various project stakeholders.
• Produce functional documentation, analysis materials and all elements required for the smooth delivery of projects.

The profile we’re looking for

• A Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Polytechnic Engineering or any equivalent degree with a strong analytical component.
• A first experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, structuring and synthesis skills.
• Natural curiosity and a genuine desire to understand how things truly work.
• The ability to bridge business needs and technical realities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Rigour, organisation and a strong solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in innovative digital, data or AI-related projects, ideally within healthcare environments, is a real asset.
• Good command of French and Dutch. English? That’s a bonus.
