Koda Tech is seeking Senior/Medior Functional/Business Analysts for multiple positions in Brussels. 1-2 days on-site, rest remote, with a daily rate up to €750. Contract until end of 2026. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a bonus. Experience in BPMN, UML, use cases and CRM systems is preferred.

The roles emphasize end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder workshops, and ensuring the implemented solution matches the described business logic. GIS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a business/functional analyst with end-to-end project exposure.
• Strong skills in BPMN, UML and creating/use cases and user stories.
• Proficiency in Agile environments and testing activities.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements and lead stakeholder meetings (business & analysts).
• Analyze and map business processes; animate workshops.
• Translate concepts into practical solutions; monitor realization vs description.
• Occasional testing to ensure solution alignment with expectations.

Functional/Business Analyst Snr/Medior (multiple positions)

The Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements, organising and leading meetings with stakeholders (business & business analysts etc.)
• Analysing / mapping business processes
• Workshop animation
• Translate abstract and general reasoning and concepts into solutions practices
• Keeping a close eye out on the realization of the project and that the solution implemented corresponds to the solution described in accordance with the Business
• Occasional testing

Experience and Skills:

• Dutch and English languages, French considered a bonus
