Inetum Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into practical IT solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders and development teams with a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities include mapping processes, feasibility studies, and documenting requirements as user stories and use cases. Fluency in Dutch and good French are essential for collaboration across projects and regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process modelling and/or functional and data analysis.
• Experience gathering and translating high-level business requirements.
• Strong understanding of IT environments and the interaction between business and technology.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Job Description

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and map business and IT processes within the client's organization.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess potential solutions and their impact.
• Gather, challenge, and document business requirements in the form of user stories and business use cases.
• Act as a key link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into workable solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of applications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in process modelling and/or functional and data analysis.
• Experience gathering and translating high-level business requirements.
• A good understanding of IT environments and the interaction between business and technology.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• A structured way of working and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work under pressure, manage stakeholders, and communicate your ideas confidently.
• Fluency in Dutch and a good working knowledge of French.
