Intys is hiring a Business Analyst to join a dynamic team. You will collect and document business and functional requirements, bridging between business and IT to design effective solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree, is fluent in English and in French or Dutch, and demonstrates strong analytical skills as well as a proactive, collaborative mindset. You will participate in workshops, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive change with clients.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Collect, analyze, specify and document the business and functional requirements
• Organize workshops with customers and analyze the regulatory requirements to ensure an in-depth understanding of the needs
• Make the bridge between business and IT in order to :
• Design the required solution for your customers
• Define the necessary data architecture (conceptual, logical and physical data models) as well as all required data transformation and reporting processes.
• Establish and execute test cases from business/functional perspectives in order to verify that the solution complies with all requirements (regulatory, functional, non-functional).
• Provide trainings and support to end-users
• Drive all change management and communication aspects towards operational teams.

About you

• You hold a master’s degree
• You are fluent in English and in French or Dutch. Being trilingual is a plus.
• You can easily adapt to various companies, industries and environments
