Neev in Brussels is seeking an IT business analyst with a university IT degree and at least 13 years of relevant experience to shape product scope and elicit clear requirements from business and IT stakeholders.

The successful candidate will apply UML modelling, Agile project approaches, and robust business analysis techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models) and will present complex concepts in fluent English to diverse audiences across a large organisation.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT with 13+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in defining product scope and eliciting requirements.
• Knowledge of iterative/project management methodologies (Agile).
• Knowledge of business analysis and modelling techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models).
• Excellent English communication.

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 13 years;
• Experience in product scope definition, requirements elaboration, experience in negotiation with actors from the business and IT community, as well as technical knowledge in specific areas (e.g. UML modelling);
• Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes;
• Good knowledge of iterative project management methodologies (e.g. Agile);
• Good knowledge of business analysis, modelling, tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship model etc);
• Ability to give business and technical presentations;
• Excellent command of the English language.
