Intys is hiring a Business Analyst to join a dynamic team. You will collect and document business and functional requirements, bridging between business and IT to design effective solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree, is fluent in English and in French or Dutch, and demonstrates strong analytical skills as well as a proactive, collaborative mindset. You will participate in workshops, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive change with clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Fluent in English and in French or Dutch; multilingual is a plus.
• Adaptable to various companies, industries and environments.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyze, specify and document the business and functional requirements.
• Organize workshops with customers and analyze regulatory requirements to understand needs.
• Bridge between business and IT to design the required solution.
• Define data architecture and data models as well as data transformation and reporting processes.
• Establish and execute test cases from business/functional perspectives.
• Provide trainings and support to end-users.
• Drive change management and communication towards operational teams.
