Sia in Belgium is seeking an IT/Business Analyst to drive digital transformation for clients. You’ll work with a team of professionals, translating BRD into functional specs and delivering data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have a Master in Civil or Business Engineering, 1–3 years consulting experience, and strong SQL/Python skills. Willingness to travel within Europe is expected. French, Dutch, and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 1–3 years' experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in Energy sector and data/AI topics.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English (trilingual).
• Willing to participate in temporary assignments abroad.

Responsabilités

• Lead work within project teams with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Document information needs and functional requirements using BA tools and BRD/functional specs.
• Proactively communicate with external and internal stakeholders.
• Research, analyze, and deploy data-driven solutions to client problems.
• Deliver exceptional client service and exceed expectations.
• Support culture and participate in international assignments.

You will play among others a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our esteemed clients. Responsibilities

• Drive work within project teams and with a variety of business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met -
• Using Business Analyst industry tools & techniques, document information needs and functional requirements
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customer and technology stakeholders
• Research, analyze, recommend, and participate in the deployment of solutions
• Provide exceptional client delivery, exceed client expectations
• Engage in activities dedicated to support our culture
• Ability to drive data, metrics, and a structured approach to identifying clients' problems and developing solutions
• Ability to solve broad business or technology problems by using principles derived from a deep understanding of disparate and complex data
• Experience with Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translation of BRD to functional specifications and traceability matrices
• Experience presenting data-driven analyses based on business benefits to solve highly complex business and technical problems
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear and simple terms
• Ability to systematically consider the implications of problems and solutions in multiple domains at once, and solve problems across all domains

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
• 1 to 3 years' experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Energy field.
• Technical skills: SQL, Python, and other relevant tools
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, ...)
