Job summary

INTYS is hiring a Business Analyst to join our Belgium team. You will collect, analyze, specify and document business and functional requirements, and organize workshops with customers to understand regulatory needs.

You will bridge business and IT, design solutions, define data models, and support testing, training and change management. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams and have a strong analytical mindset to move projects forward.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Fluent in English and in French or Dutch; tri-lingual a plus.
• Adaptable to various industries and environments.
• Active listener with good relations.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Collect, analyze, specify and document the business and functional requirements
• Organize workshops with customers and analyze the regulatory requirements to ensure an in-depth understanding of the needs
• Make the bridge between business and IT in order to :
• Design the required solution for your customers
• Define the necessary data architecture (conceptual, logical and physical data models) as well as all required data transformation and reporting processes.
• Establish and execute test cases from business/functional perspectives in order to verify that the solution complies with all requirements (regulatory, functional, non-functional).
• Provide trainings and support to end-users
• Drive all change management and communication aspects towards operational teams.

About you

• You hold a master’s degree
• You are fluent in English and in French or Dutch. Being trilingual is a plus.
• You can easily adapt to various companies, industries and environments
• You are an active listener and you foster good relations
