Job summary

Inetum Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into practical IT solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders and development teams, documenting requirements as user stories and use cases to guide project delivery.

With 5+ years in analysis, you will map processes, conduct feasibility studies, and support applications through the lifecycle, while navigating a flexible, hybrid work environment across Belgium.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process modelling and/or functional and data analysis.
• Experience gathering and translating high-level business requirements.
• A good understanding of IT environments and the interaction between business and technology.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• A structured way of working and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work under pressure, manage stakeholders, and communicate your ideas confidently.
• Fluency in Dutch and a good working knowledge of French.
