Job summary

Inetum Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst to reinforce its transformation consulting teams across Energy & Utilities, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Public, and Healthcare sectors. You will lead mid-to-large digital transformation initiatives, own data analysis, and facilitate stakeholder workshops with senior client engagement.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree and 2+ years of consulting experience, with fluent English and Dutch or French, plus an entrepreneurial mindset to grow within

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (engineering or business school) required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional consulting experience.
• Experience in BPMN process modelling and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver consulting assignments including data analysis, benchmarks, and stakeholder interviews.
• Facilitate workshops and map processes to define implementation roadmaps.
• Support or lead project workstreams within major digital transformation programs.
• Contribute to a broad range of transformation topics and knowledge sharing.

Job Description

To support the growth of Inetum Consulting in Belgium, we are hiring a Business Analyst to reinforce our teams delivering transformation projects in the following ecosystems: Energy & Utilities, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Public, and Healthcare. You will contribute to both client missions and internal initiatives that accelerate the growth of our consulting unit and strengthen our sector offerings.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering mid-to-large scale digital and transformation projects, who takes ownership, is eager to learn, and thrives in an environment that combines client impact with entrepreneurial team growth.

Your responsibilities

• You will lead and deliver consulting assignments, including:
  • Data analysis, benchmarks, stakeholder interviews, and insight synthesis
  • Workshop facilitation and workshop animation with client stakeholders
  • Process mapping, business analysis, and definition of implementation roadmaps
  • Supporting (or leading) project workstreams as part of major digital transformation programs
• You will contribute to a broad range of transformation topics, such as:
  • Projects to improve operational performance
  • Strategic framing and optimization of business processes
  • Master plan definition and implementation support
  • Support for implementing new solutions (ERP, CRM,...) and the associated business change

As your assignments evolve, you will gradually take on project lead roles and actively contribute to the growth of our consulting unit through knowledge sharing, offer development, and participation in conferences and publications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (engineering or business school)
• Minimum 2years of professional experience, includingprevious experience in a consulting firm(strategy, transformation, operations excellence, or digital consulting)
• Have experience in process modelling (BPMN)
• Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional improvement or transformation projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to manage project teams and engage senior client stakeholders
• Interest in ERP tools or other sector related technologies is considered a plus
• Fluent in English and fluent in either Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in the other language
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to collaborate and grow within the Inetum Consulting team
