Wygwam, a division of the Niko Group, is seeking two hands-on professionals to move into a project-based pre-sales role. You will convert building automation understanding into accurate project proposals and quotations for customers.

You will work across product groups, collaborate with sales, and ensure timely, high-quality project support, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional interactions. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, with French a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong interest or knowledge in building automation and related tech.
• Structured, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication translating technical information for customers.
• Team-oriented and proactive in sales collaboration.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Create project proposals from tenders and input from sales.
• Prepare quotations for wholesalers and customers.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain CRM data and project documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for timely support.
• Ensure professional customer experience in all interactions.
• Attend meetings with departments and stakeholders.
