Wygwam, a division of Niko NV, is seeking an on-site Field Service professional to provide technical support to installers and professional clients in Belgium. You will visit client locations to analyze complex technical situations, resolve issues, and help installers implement our solutions to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (electrical engineering, electronics, or IT) or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical support or field service.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical installations.
• Strong affinity with Home Automation, Video Intercoms, Energy Management, or HVAC.

Responsabilités

• Carry out on-site technical interventions for installers and clients.
• Analyze complex technical situations and troubleshoot malfunctions or configuration issues in existing installations.
• Support installers with the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of our systems.
• Provide proactive technical service and feedback to prevent future issues.
