EPSA in Brussels is seeking a Site Manager / Technical Project Manager to oversee the technical and operational aspects of an office refurbishment, from preparation through to final acceptance. You will act as the client's technical representative on site, coordinating with the general contractor, subcontractors, and various stakeholders.

This role requires a hands-on, technically proficient professional with solid construction and site supervision experience, capable of interpreting drawings

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Solid understanding of building services and technical systems.
• Experience coordinating with multiple trades and stakeholders on refurbishment projects.

Responsabilités

• Site supervision: monitor progress, quality, and safety on site.
• Drawings and execution: review, coordinate revisions, and ensure integration of disciplines.
• Building services: liaise with HVAC, electrical, fire protection, access control, and IT specialists.
