HumanInTech seeks an on-site supervision specialist for a major office refurbishment in Brussels. You will coordinate the main contractor, subcontractors and technical specialists from preparation through to final handover.

The role requires a solid background in building techniques and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset. You will monitor progress, ensure plans are followed, and participate in provisional and final handovers, with a nine-month assignment from October 2026 to June 2027.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction or related technical field.
Concrete experience in site supervision and coordination.
Experience in renovation, transformation or office refurbishment is valuable.
Experience on client side, design office, main contractor or PM firm is an asset.

Responsabilités

Act as on-site technical POC for an office refurbishment in Brussels.
Coordinate main contractor, subcontractors and tech specialists from prep to handover.
Monitor progress, quality and compliance with plans and decisions.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical/coordination issues.
Track schedule, manage changes and hand over technical documents.
