NTT DATA Belgium is seeking an experienced SAP Service Manager to lead SAP services within complex Enterprise Solutions environments in Brussels. You will ensure service quality, contractual compliance, client satisfaction, and continuous service improvement, coordinating delivery teams and third parties to meet SLAs.

The role requires 5–10 years in SAP service/delivery management, strong governance skills, and fluent English and French.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SAP service management or delivery management experience.
• Strong governance, SLA management and contractual understanding.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical problem-solving and data-driven approach.
• Knowledge of data privacy, information security, and technology disruption.
• Fluent English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the SAP service scope, SLAs, billing model, incentives, penalties and service delivery methodology.
• Ensure sustainability, quality and continuous improvement of the service.
• Plan, prioritize and monitor service demand, risks, issues and corrective actions.
• Lead service governance meetings, presenting performance, risks, priorities and recommendations.
• Manage client expectations and align SAP service with business needs and market best practices.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, client units and third-party providers.
• Promote service management methodologies, quality plans and productivity tools.
