Dentons Brussels Office is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure the proper administration, continuity and orderly management of the firm’s operations, reporting to the Belgium CMPs and Europe COO. The role safeguards internal processes and staff support aligned with global standards.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, support partner initiatives, and oversee risk, compliance, and financial administration for the Brussels office.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in operations, administration, or office management within a law firm or similar professional services.
• Accounting experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English (C1); Dutch and/or French native preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Brussels Office, ensuring continuity and reliability of administrative and business support functions.
• Coordinate with Co-Managing Partners and partners to align local activities with global standards and firm strategy.
• Oversee housing management, Workplace Access and Safety, and liaise with external consultants as needed.
