Asenium Brussels is seeking four Freelance Medior Test Specialists to join a dedicated testing team on a strategic, long-term assignment for a central Belgian energy platform.

You will perform manual functional testing and semi-automated sanity and regression tests, validate data with SQL, and test services using SOAP UI and XML. This hybrid role requires two on-site days per week in Brussels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Tester, Test Analyst or Test Specialist.
• Experience preparing and executing structured test cases.
• Knowledge of functional, sanity and regression testing.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.

Responsabilités

• Analyse functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare SAT scenarios, test cases and test data.
• Perform manual functional testing and semi-automated sanity/regression tests.
• Validate data with SQL queries.
• Test services and integrations using SOAP UI and XML.
• Document defects with clear evidence and follow-up.
• Communicate progress, risks, blockers to the Team Lead.
