ITproposal is seeking a Senior Test Specialist in Brussels, Belgium to lead SAT testing across multiple domains. You will align with analysts, test coordinators, and vendors and work in both Waterfall and Agile environments.

The role demands deep technical and functional testing expertise and on-site collaboration. The candidate must have extensive experience in test planning, defect management, and SQL-driven validation, with English (CEFR C1) and Dutch or French (C1) and a Belgian energy

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as a Functional Tester.
• Minimum 5 years as a Test Specialist.
• Proven ability to write test scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of formal test methods and techniques.
• Experience with Waterfall testing methodology.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum testing.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare and execute sanity, regression and functional tests.
• Write detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute scripts and support regression testing.
• Perform functional testing across changes.
• Analyse defects and follow up by priority.
• Execute SQL queries for test prep and validation.
• Test integrations using SOAP UI, XML and related interfaces.
