Job summary

MentionLab in Brussels is seeking a Growth & AI Marketer to join the Growth Marketing team and work directly with our Head of Growth. You will help MentionLab generate pipeline and build awareness across Europe and beyond, using AI as your main lever: to research, write, automate, test and scale faster than a traditional marketing team ever could.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in growth, marketing, sales development, agency or startup.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong ownership, structured and numbers-minded.
• Experience with AI tools and building workflows is a plus.
• Recent graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline with outbound via multichannel sequences and intent signals.
• Build AI agents and automations to automate repetitive tasks.
• Create content and drive inbound through campaigns and content assets.
• Measure results, report on pipeline and experiments, and iterate.
