EUROPEAN DYNAMICS in Brussels is seeking a UI/UX Designer fluent in English to join a project on-site with a major EU client. You will conduct user research, craft wireframes, and build a coherent design system using PrimeNG components while collaborating with Angular developers.

You will ensure accessibility per WCAG 2.1 AA and align designs with the GSC branding, delivering prototypes and documentation for handover. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field with 5+ years IT experience.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end UX/UI design work.
• Proficient in Figma; experience with component-based frontends.
• Strong WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility knowledge.
• Experience designing data-dense enterprise apps (forms, dashboards).
• Able to collaborate with frontend developers and specify design intent.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops and presenting design decisions.
• EU institution experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of GDPR considerations for UI.
• Experience designing multilingual interfaces.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct user research and requirements workshops with stakeholders to understand workflows.
• Translate business needs into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Define and maintain a design system built on PrimeNG across EMP-facing apps.
• Collaborate with Angular developers to ensure faithful, accessible implementations.
• Produce prototypes for user testing and stakeholder validation.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Adhere to GSC branding while applying modern usability patterns.
• Create design documentation: component specs and handover assets.
• Participate in Agile@PM² ceremonies with the delivery team.
