Rhox in Brussels is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to translate concepts into intuitive user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and accessible interfaces using a Mobile First approach, Figma, and established design systems.

The mission covers mobile native and web experiences, requiring collaboration with researchers, copywriters, and developers to deliver products that balance usability, accessibility, and business needs. Ownership from concept through delivery is key.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a comparable product design role.
• Strong Mobile First mindset with proven mobile native design skills across Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
• Practical knowledge of accessibility and the impact of WCAG guidelines on interface design and development.
• Proficiency with Figma and relevant AI tools used in the design process.
• Ability to consume, apply, create, and improve design system components.
• Experience working in Agile environments and confidence with the Scrum development cycle.
• Strong documentation and briefing skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to researchers and developers.
• A structured, quality-oriented, and empathetic way of working, combined with ownership of designs from concept refinement through delivery.

A major financial services organisation is extending its digital product design capability across mobile native and web experiences. As a UI/UX Designer, you will translate early concepts into intuitive user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and accessible interfaces using a Mobile First approach, Figma, and established design systems.

The mission

The design function supports digital products used by customers across financial services, with separate concept, UX writing, research, development, and front-end capabilities contributing to each product flow. The work covers mobile native and web interfaces, combining Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, usability, accessibility, and business requirements. Your designs will be implemented by development squads and maintained through the product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities
