European Movement International is seeking a Policy and Advocacy Manager for Italy and the Netherlands to join their team in Brussels. The role includes analyzing development policy issues, implementing EU advocacy strategy, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience in policy or advocacy roles with knowledge of European institutions, and fluency in English, plus Italian and/or Dutch. This position offers a salary range of €4,508 - €5,860 and options for remote work.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years work experience in policy, advocacy, government, or campaigns.
• At least 3 years working within European Institutions or for a Member State government.
• Fluent in English and either Italian or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Represent ONE at meetings and conferences on relevant policy topics.
• Design and implement ONE’s advocacy strategy in Italy and the Netherlands.
• Prepare documents for internal and external audiences on development issues.
