PIMCO Prime Real Estate in Brussels is seeking a Junior Asset Manager / Asset Management Analyst to support defined asset management workstreams, including reporting, analysis, and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with experienced asset managers on value creation initiatives and cybersecurity-focused transformations.

The role involves monthly dashboards, CAPEX tracking, business plan execution, and cross-functional collaboration across leasing, finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Building Engineering or a related discipline.
• Ideally 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in real estate asset management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of leasing, operating expenses, CAPEX and business planning.
• Fluent Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage reporting and analytical workstreams across a portfolio, including monthly dashboards and CAPEX tracking.
• Support asset business plan execution and monitor milestones, escalating delays or data quality issues.
• Perform asset-level analyses on NOI, occupancy, arrears, service charges and value creation.
• Prepare reports and materials for internal decisions and client reporting.
• Support leasing and capital expenditure projects by analysing proposals and coordinating stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external managers, leasing agents, technical advisors and service providers.
• Contribute to the Digital Asset Manager transformation programme and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Contribute to asset management strategies to enhance performance and long-term value.
