You will work closely with experienced asset managers on value creation initiatives and digital transformation projects, contributing to cybersecurity enhancements and investor-forward requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1–3 years of real estate asset management or related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of NOI, occupancy, CAPEX and business planning.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Manage reporting and analytical workstreams across a portfolio of assets.
• Support asset business plan execution and monitor milestones.
• Perform asset-level analyses on NOI, occupancy, arrears, service charges.
• Prepare reports and materials for internal decision-making and client reporting.
• Support leasing and CAPEX projects and coordinate stakeholders.
