ING Bastogne is seeking a Branch Lead who combines client-facing banking expertise with people leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive branch performance. The role blends 70% customer-facing duties with 30% leadership, focusing on commercial results, team coordination and stakeholder management.

Fluency in French and English is required, Dutch a plus, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 2+ years in customer relationship management or customer service in financial services.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch a plus.
• Strong digital skills and ability to use IT tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
