ING Belgium is seeking a Sales & Services Officer – Private Banking to provide commercial and administrative support to Private Banking clients. The role acts as first point of contact for clients and internal services, builds trust through regular client contact, and supports visits and campaigns.

The position is permanent with at least 80% hours and a hybrid work setup, offering exposure to ING's private banking products and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Verbal and written expression in both national languages.
• Good basic knowledge of banking products, in particular investments.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Familiar with ING tools (Branch Bank, Easyweb, Single view/CRM, Structured Intake Tool, Digital Banking).

Responsabilités

• Provide commercial and administrative support to Private Bankers and Asset Managers.
• First point of contact for Private Banking clients, offices, and internal services.
• Build a relationship of trust through regular client contact and become a discussion partner.
• Plan and prepare client visits for the Private Banker.
• Participate in commercial actions and campaigns (e.g., digitization).
• Coordinate handling of files.
• Guide clients towards ING digital solutions.
