City National Bank is seeking a Branch Enablement Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of branch technology upgrades, compliance-driven processes, and business continuity across the PBB Division. The role bridges vendor coordination, regulatory adherence, and system implementation while maintaining continuity in critical branch functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in banking operations, project management and tech implementation.
• Proficiency with TellerInsight, IBS Teller, VSoft and Synergy.
• Knowledge of SCRA, CTR and regulatory requirements for financial ops.
• Strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder management.
• Onsite flexibility and weekend support during critical project phases.

Responsabilités

• Lead Project Management & Implementation for branch enablement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Manager of Branch Enablement Operations to drive PBB division projects and improvements.
• Oversee TCD Replacement: vendor relationships, scheduling, issue resolution and stakeholder comms.
• Drive IBS Teller & Teller Capture Migration: document requirements, training content, testing, data mapping, and transition from legacy systems.
• Provide application ownership and operational support for the Teller Platform, including upgrades and training content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
• Document processes and identify opportunities for digitization and efficiency gains.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

7+ years in banking operations, project management, and technology implementation

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities

Flexibility for onsite tasks and weekend support during critical project phases

Knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial operations
