Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technician Electrician in Brussels to perform electrical works across the client portfolio and coordinate maintenance with engineers and suppliers. The role involves routine repairs, building systems oversight, and supporting emergency responses to protect assets and ensure safety.

The candidate should hold a certified electrician qualification and demonstrate knowledge of BMS/CMMS systems, with English and French/Dutch language proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified electrician with relevant trade qualifications.
• Multilingual English, French and Dutch is required or beneficial.
• Experience with preventive/reactive maintenance and building systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform electrical works across the client portfolio.
• Execute minor mechanical, plumbing, and equipment repairs.
• Coordinate maintenance with engineers and outside contractors.
• Oversee building systems including fire, HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in maintenance/engineering issues.
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
