NR SUPPLY LTD is seeking a Blue Yonder WMS Specialist in Belgium to join a major global logistics provider. The role combines hands-on WMS configuration, application support and project delivery within a live warehouse environment.

The specialist will configure, support and troubleshoot Blue Yonder WMS, support both project delivery and BAU operations, and work with IT, warehouse operations and external partners to drive improvements and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Blue Yonder WMS configuration and support.
• MOCA knowledge.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• EDI and integration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution capabilities.
• Experience reading trace files and documenting findings.
• Experience preparing FRDs and identifying business scenarios.
• Ability to work with technical and operational teams.

Blue Yonder WMS Specialist

Belgium | Permanent | Full-Time

We are recruiting a Blue Yonder WMS Specialist to join a major global logistics provider in Belgium. This is a hands-on role combining Blue Yonder WMS application support, configuration and project delivery. You will support both new initiatives and day-to-day BAU activities within a business-critical warehouse environment.

The Role

• Configure, support and troubleshoot Blue Yonder WMS
• Support both project delivery and BAU operations
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and drive issues through to resolution
• Read and analyse trace files
• Execute SQL scripts for investigation and support
• Support EDI and other system integrations
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
• Identify and document business scenarios and requirements
• Work closely with warehouse operations, IT teams and external partners
• Support system enhancements and continuous improvement

Key Skills & Experience

• Hands-on Blue Yonder WMS configuration and application support experience
• MOCA knowledge
• Experience with SQL
• EDI / integration experience
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution capabilities
• Experience reading and analysing trace files
• Experience preparing FRDs and identifying business scenarios
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and operational teams

Desirable Experience

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

• TMS
• WCS / warehouse automation integrations
• Customs integrations
