Caprion Biosciences Inc. in Antwerpen seeks a Bioinformatics Scientist to develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and software applications. As part of our BioIT team, you will support diverse projects aimed at advancing human health.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in bioinformatics and programming, with proven experience in developing workflows. Full-time presence is required on-site 3-4 days per week, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant bioinformatics experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining bioinformatics pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on software systems.

Responsabilités

• Execute projects and tasks assigned by the Head of the Bioinformatics Team.
• Develop and optimize bioinformatics analysis pipelines and workflows.
• Design and implement software applications and ETL solutions for data processing.
