Facade Today in Belgium is seeking a senior BIM Coordinator to drive ACC deployment, manage digital models, and ensure QA across projects.

You will develop BEP per ISO 19650, enforce data exchange standards, train teams, and coordinate multidisciplinary models using Revit and Navisworks.

A strong background in electromechanical or civil engineering and 10+ years of BIM experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electromechanical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years' BIM coordination and modelling experience.
• 5+ years' proven ACC deployment experience.

Responsabilités

• Support ACC implementation in line with Autodesk guidance.
• Administer the ACC platform for a pilot project.
• Contribute to BEP development and maintenance per ISO 19650 and project needs.
• Define and enforce BIM standards, PDM-BIM workflows, and data exchange protocols.
• Train and support teams on tools and processes.
• Create and update BIM models.
• Coordinate project disciplines through BIM models.
• Ensure BIM data quality and consistency across projects.
• Perform clash detection.

Job Description

Key role in deploying and using Autodesk solutions, particularly Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and in managing, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of digital models.

Main Responsabilities Involve

• Support ACC implementation in line with Autodesk guidance
• Administer the ACC platform for a pilot project
• Contribute to developing, implementing, and maintaining the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), in line with internal standards, ISO 19650, and project requirements
• Define and enforce BIM standards, PDM-BIM workflows, LOD/LOI requirements, and data exchange protocols
• Train and support teams on tools and processes
• Contribute to creating and updating BIM models
• Coordinate project disciplines through BIM models
• Ensure the quality and consistency of BIM data across projects
• Perform clash detection

Profile / Requirements

• Bachelor's (3-year) or Master's degree in Electromechanical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years' experience in BIM coordination and modelling
• 5+ years' proven experience deploying ACC
• Strong command of ACC, Revit, and Navisworks
• Knowledge of BIM processes aligned with ISO 19650
• Technical knowledge of assembly processes
• Proficiency with Autodesk tools (ACC, Revit, Navisworks)
• Vault, Factory Design Utilities, and Inventor: a plus
• Solid understanding of Collaborative Data Environments (CDE)
• English fluent (B2 or higher)
• Point cloud experience
