ENGIBEX, a Belgian engineering consulting firm, seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead ACC deployment, BIM modelling, and BEP development in line with ISO 19650.

The role requires 10+ years in BIM coordination, strong Revit/Navisworks skills, and English proficiency; you will train teams, enforce data standards, and ensure clash-free BIM data across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Electromechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ BIM coordination/modelling experience.
• 5+ years deploying ACC on real projects.
• Strong command of ACC, Revit and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of BIM processes aligned with ISO 19650.

Responsabilités

• Support ACC implementation following Autodesk guidance.
• Administer ACC platform for a pilot project.
• Develop, implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan in line with internal standards and ISO 19650.
• Define and enforce BIM standards, PDM-BIM workflows, LOD/LOI, and data exchange protocols.

• Contribute to creating and updating BIM models.

Job Description

• Support ACC implementation in line with Autodesk guidance
• Administer the ACC platform for a pilot project
• Contribute to developing, implementing, and maintaining the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), in line with internal standards, ISO 19650, and project requirements
• Define and enforce BIM standards, PDM-BIM workflows, LOD/LOI requirements, and data exchange protocols
• Train and support teams on tools and processes
• Contribute to creating and updating BIM models
• Coordinate project disciplines through BIM models
• Ensure the quality and consistency of BIM data across projects
• Perform clash detection

Profile / Requirements

• Bachelor's (3-year) or Master's degree in Electromechanical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years' experience in BIM coordination and modelling
• 5+ years' proven experience deploying ACC
• Strong command of ACC, Revit, and Navisworks
• Knowledge of BIM processes aligned with ISO 19650
• Technical knowledge of assembly processes
• Proficiency with Autodesk tools (ACC, Revit, Navisworks)
• Vault, Factory Design Utilities, and Inventor: a plus
• Solid understanding of Collaborative Data Environments (CDE)
• English fluent (B2 or higher)
• Point cloud experience
