GXO Logistics in Ghlin, Belgium seeks a Team Leader to manage and develop a focused department, drive performance and coach associates. You will collaborate with supervisors to guarantee efficient operations and continuous improvement while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires English and French fluency, no shift work, and a strong mindset for Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives. You will report to the site leadership and grow with GXO University.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team is preferred or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Knowledge of SAP and WMS functionality.

Responsabilités

• Manage ongoing team performance and development through training and coaching.
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and accurate task assignment.
• Maintain safe work environment and proactive safety culture.
• Lead start-up activities with cross-functional teams.
• Support hiring, performance reviews and promotions decisions.
