Shyfter, a fast‑growing HR-tech software company, seeks a Customer Success Manager fluent in French and Dutch to onboard, support and guide customers in Belgium and beyond. You will handle onboarding, troubleshooting, and product feedback while delivering excellent service across a busy queue.

You will collaborate with Product and Development, participate in creating helpful content, and help customers adopt Shyfter to improve their daily scheduling and payroll workflows.

Qualifications

• Full professional bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch, spoken and written.
• English proficiency at a professional level.
• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help people.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and clear communication.
• Ability to manage several conversations and priorities without losing accuracy.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, onboarding or adoption.
• The confidence to take ownership and see issues through.

Responsabilités

• Support customers through chat and phone, listening carefully and giving practical answers.
• Lead onboarding, configure Shyfter for each customer and train their teams.
• Investigate issues, identify bugs and document steps for the dev team.
• Follow issues through to resolution and confirm solutions work for customers.
• Contribute to product improvements by collecting examples and feedback.
• Guide customers over time, explain features and enhance daily workflows.
• Improve help articles, support practices and onboarding materials.
