Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in customer service, ideally hospitality, real estate, or tech-enabled platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using PMS, CRM, and digital support tools.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and landlord inquiries via email, chat, and phone — in both French and English.
• Guide guests through reservation, check-in, and check-out processes using PMS tools.
• Investigate and resolve issues quickly with a calm, empathetic approach.
• Accurately document interactions, feedback, and resolutions to improve service quality.
• Work with Operations and Tech to identify recurring issues and optimize user experience.
• Identify opportunities to enhance stays and strengthen relationships with landlords and guests.
