Bosch Thermotechnology NV/SA invites students to join a 6-month internship focused on Lead Generation, qualification, and process implementation across the Benelux. You will map potential B2B installers, analyze market opportunities in MS Excel, and create clear Power BI dashboards to track performance.

You will support onboarding of new customers, contribute to our go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with three sales teams in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Educational background: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Business Development, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Analytical skills: strong MS Excel knowledge (pivot tables, complex formulas) and interest/experience in Power BI.
• Business acumen: intrigued by sales strategy, process optimization, and B2B dynamics.
• Communicative & proactive: structured, shows initiative, guides sales teams through changes.
• Language: fluent Dutch or French; English for internal alignment.

Responsabilités

• Map and qualify potential B2B installers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Analyze market opportunities in MS Excel and build Power BI dashboards to track progress.
• Support deployment of new acquisition processes into daily sales workflows.
• Help onboard and activate newly acquired customers.
• Provide insights for go-to-market and Benelux strategy.
