Electra is scaling its People Ops footprint across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will own local execution, ensuring fast, compliant, and human-focused operations while aligned with the central People Ops team in Paris.

You’ll be the first line for local People Ops across BeNeLux, coordinating payroll inputs, onboarding, and local compliance. This role requires a strong detail‑oriented mindset and experience with Lucca in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in People Operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating payroll inputs and HR admin.
• Comfort working in a matricial model with local leadership + central governance.

Responsabilités

• Run local BeNeLux People Ops operations with zero‑error mindset.
• Coordinate monthly payroll cycles with providers and ensure clean handoffs to HQ.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, contracts, changes in salary/role, and audit trails.
• Manage Lucca leave and absence administration and align with payroll.
• Maintain HRIS data quality and drive cleanup routines.
• Provide first‑line employee support on payroll, benefits, and admin.
