KONE BeLux is seeking an Operations Team Leader / Responsable Paie et Administration du Personnel in Brussels. You will supervise payroll operations and lead the team, driving improvements to processes and ensuring alignment with global and local guidelines.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will collaborate with our shared services and manage cross-border payroll (Belgian, Luxembourg, France) while developing your team's skills. Fluency in French, Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Belgian payroll for blue- and white-collar workers.
• Experience optimizing and digitizing payroll processes.
• Strong networking and communication skills across internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English; knowledge of Luxembourg and French payroll is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, evaluate and develop the payroll and administration team to implement strategy.
• Continuously optimize payroll processes and tools for efficiency.
• Question current payroll processes and define actions for optimal solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and practical actions.
• Maintain relations with the shared services center in Bratislava for daily administration.
• Participate in compensation and benefits projects.
