Upway is seeking an Operations Manager to join its Benelux Operations team in Brussels. You will lead the warehouse function, overseeing sourcing, refurbishing, and delivery to customers, with a focus on delivering a seamless experience for Upway shoppers.

You will drive end-to-end operational improvements, own dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to support rapid growth. Strong academics and English fluency are required; French/Dutch are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background (engineering, finance, business or similar).
• 2–5 years experience in Operations, Finance or similar.
• Fluent in English; French/Dutch is a plus.
• Clear communicator with leadership ability in a warehouse environment.
• Proactive, resilient, and results-driven.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 20+ warehouse associates, with plans to double team size next year.
• Design, build, and own key parts of the end-to-end operational flow.
• Drive a strong customer-first mindset in all decisions and processes.
• Deliver consistently high-quality warehouse performance, day after day.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain tools and dashboards to ensure full visibility on performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support rapid growth and expansion.
• Lead by example and foster a high-performance team culture.
