Qualifications

• You have at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• You know the Benelux market and how to translate global strategies locally.
• You have a proven track record of successful product launches.
• You have multichannel launch experience and channel integration.
• You bring leadership experience and can coach a team.
• You excel at stakeholder management with KOLs and partners.
• You collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales and international teams.
• You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, science-driven environment.
• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Team and ensure effective marketing plans.
• Develop the Benelux strategy and launches with Global/ EU&I teams.
• Lead product launches with clear launch plans for Benelux.
• Use targeted channels to maximize launch impact.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance and execution.
• Ensure cross‑functional collaboration with Medical Affairs and Sales.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders and KOLs.
• Contribute to growth of the Benelux organisation.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing Marketing Team.
