Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Benelux EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end supply chain strategy for the Benelux region. You will align global supply chain priorities with local execution, focusing on service, inventory, cost and cash performance across the EP/NV portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience.
• Proven experience leading regional or global supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated track record in IBP/S&OP maturity development and enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and deployment of the Benelux end-to-end supply chain strategy and ensure alignment with global EP/NV priorities.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to support growth, launches, tender processes and customer negotiations.
• Own and drive customer service performance with dashboards (OTIF, fill rate, lead times) and continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-functional integration across Supply Chain including Planning, CS, Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.
• Manage supply constraints and escalations with regional planning to resolve shortages and align recovery plans with commercial priorities.
• Build a customer-focused, high-performance and inclusive culture across teams.
• Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation, including ERP adoption and analytics.
• Promote strong stakeholder communication and alignment with commercial teams.

Position overview

The Benelux EP/NV Supply Chain Leader plays a critical role in driving customer-centric value creation across the Electrophysiology & Neurovascular (EP/NV) portfolio.

This role acts as the primary Supply Chain integrator and strategic partner to Commercial, ensuring seamless alignment between global supply chain strategy and local market execution in Benelux.

The position is accountable for service, inventory, cost and cash performance, while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration across the full end-to-end supply chain.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of the Benelux end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and delivering service excellence, cost competitiveness, inventory optimization, and cash flow performance.
• Partner closely with Commercial leadership to support growth through reliable supply, product launches, deal enablement, and portfolio lifecycle management (PMR/LCM), including contribution to tender processes and customer negotiations.
• Own and drive customer service performance, acting as a key interface with customers, developing performance dashboards (OTIF, fill rate, lead times), and ensuring corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Supply Chain, including Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory and Finance, ensuring effective translation of strategy into operational execution.
• Manage supply constraints and escalations, coordinating with regional planning teams to resolve shortages, optimize allocation, and ensure rapid recovery plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build and foster a customer-focused, high-performance and inclusive culture, promoting collaboration, transparency, diversity, and engagement across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of ERP systems, advanced planning tools (e.g., OMP), and analytical capabilities to enhance supply chain performance.
• Promote strong stakeholder communication and alignment, ensuring clear, transparent communication with commercial teams to reinforce trust and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including significant exposure to complex, matrixed environments.
• Proven experience leading regional or global supply chain operations, with a strong focus on performance delivery and transformation.
• Demonstrated track record in IBP / S&OP maturity development and enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.
• Strong expertise across end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
• Solid financial and business acumen, with the ability to balance service, cost, growth, and cash objectives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and transformations in a complex organization.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with Quality and Regulatory functions to ensure compliance and customer outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Certifications such as APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma or Agile are considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel (~30%) across the region.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€72,500.00 - €115,230.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees' and companies' performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
