Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Benelux EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive customer-centric value creation in the EP/NV portfolio. The role acts as the primary SC integrator and strategic partner to Commercial, aligning global strategy with local execution in Benelux.

Accountable for service, inventory, cost, and cash while leading continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and digital transformation across Planning, CS, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Finance. Travel ~30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience in matrix environments.
• Experience leading regional/global supply chain operations with performance delivery.
• Proven IBP / S&OP maturity development and enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge: demand planning, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Benelux end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with global EP/NV priorities.

• Own customer service performance with dashboards (OTIF, fill rate, lead times).

• Communicate clearly with commercial teams to reinforce trust and efficiency.

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Benelux EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to join our team.

Position Overview

The Benelux EP/NV Supply Chain Leader plays a critical role in driving customer-centric value creation across the Electrophysiology & Neurovascular (EP/NV) portfolio.

This role acts as a primary Supply Chain integrator and strategic partner to Commercial, ensuring seamless alignment between global supply chain strategy and local market execution in Benelux.

The position is accountable for service, inventory, cost and cash performance, while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration across the full end-to-end supply chain.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of the Benelux end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and delivering service excellence, cost competitiveness, inventory optimization, and cash flow performance.
• Partner closely with Commercial leadership to support growth through reliable supply, product launches, deal enablement, and portfolio lifecycle management (PMR/LCM), including contribution to tender processes and customer negotiations.
• Own and drive customer service performance, acting as a key interface with customers, developing performance dashboards (OTIF, fill rate, lead times), and ensuring corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Supply Chain, including Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory and Finance, ensuring effective translation of strategy into operational execution.
• Manage supply constraints and escalations, coordinating with regional planning teams to resolve shortages, optimize allocation, and ensure rapid recovery plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build and foster a customer-focused, high-performance and inclusive culture, promoting collaboration, transparency, diversity, and engagement across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of ERP systems, advanced planning tools (e.g., OMP), and analytical capabilities to enhance supply chain performance.
• Promote strong stakeholder communication and alignment, ensuring clear, transparent communication with commercial teams to reinforce trust and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including significant exposure to complex, matrixed environments.
• Proven experience leading regional or global supply chain operations, with a strong focus on performance delivery and transformation.
• Demonstrated track record in IBP / S&OP maturity development and enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.
• Strong expertise across end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
• Solid financial and business acumen, with the ability to balance service, cost, growth, and cash objectives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and transformations in a complex organization.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with Quality and Regulatory functions to ensure compliance and customer outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Certifications such as APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma or Agile are considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel (~30%) across the region.

The Anticipated Base Pay Range For This Position Is

€72,500.00 - €115,230.00
