Biopharma Careers seeks a Discovery Scientific Sales Specialist – Early Discovery Workflow to drive BeNeLux growth from Belgium or the Netherlands. You will build deep, strategic relationships with academia, biotech, pharma, and industry customers, positioning our early discovery workflow solutions as essential to their R&D efforts.

Expect to travel about 3 days per week, balance territory planning with identifying high-value opportunities, and deliver measurable pipeline growth through seminars

Qualifications

• Engineering or life-science degree with 5+ years of technical sales experience in chemical synthesis, small biomolecules, or related fields.
• Track record of building and closing large opportunities in competitive markets.
• Strong customer relationship management across academia, biotech, pharma, and industry sectors, with the ability to identify decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes.
• Skilled at mapping customer pain points to our solutions and positioning value beyond price.
• Willingness to travel 3+ days per week within Belgium and the Netherlands; flexible and adaptable to the demands of field-based sales.

Responsabilités

• Lead BeNeLux field-based growth and drive revenue through strategic account plans.
• Identify high-value opportunities, develop pipelines, and close deals.
• Deliver measurable outcomes via seminars, field activities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel ~3 days per week to cover Belgium and the Netherlands; coordinate with marketing, product, and service teams.
