Owens Corning in Belgium seeks a Country Sales Leader for the Benelux to drive growth, lead a sales team of ~5 and collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Product Management to deliver revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 5+ years of leadership in sales, and fluency in English, Dutch and French, with experience in construction or building materials.

This role is based centrally in Belgium with ongoing opportunities for development and international exposure.

Competenze

• 5+ years of team leadership experience; managing, coaching and developing a Sales Team.
• Commercial experience in specification and / or project Sales, preferably in the Building & Construction industry.
• Ability to work in an international matrix organization.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.

Mansioni

• Setting long- and short-term sales strategies for the Benelux region in alignment with Foamglas European strategy.
• Translating strategy into actionable sales plans with clear owners and aligned with marketing and product management.
• Identifying and managing key accounts, dealers and distributors, and leading a team of sales leads (approx. 5 headcount).
• Providing market insights and customer requirements to shape regional strategy.
