Hertz is looking for a BELUX Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance performance of vehicles in Belgium and Luxembourg. This role is crucial for achieving optimal vehicle availability and safety while minimizing costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair processes and vendor management.

You will collaborate with various teams and lead the maintenance network to ensure efficient service levels across all operational sites.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in fleet maintenance or a comparable multi-site automotive environment.
• Proven experience managing supplier networks and negotiating service levels.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own maintenance performance across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Define and execute the BELUX maintenance strategy.
• Manage relationships with bodyshops and mechanical workshops.
