Hertz BELUX is seeking a Maintenance Manager to own end-to-end maintenance performance across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and available for rental at optimal utilization while maintaining costs.

You will lead the BELUX maintenance network, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and drive standardized processes, governance, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive, Engineering, Logistics or Business.
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in fleet maintenance, automotive aftersales, leasing, rental fleet operations, or a comparable multi-site automotive environment in Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Proven experience managing supplier networks, negotiating service levels and labor rates, and driving maintenance performance across multiple locations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Fleet, Claims, and Remarketing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the BELUX maintenance strategy aligned with fleet and operational objectives.
• Standardize processes across BE/LU (damage handling, repairs, preventive maintenance).
• Implement governance routines (KPIs, supplier reviews, audit checks).
• Own performance of Repair lead time, OoS days, Turnaround time, Workshop productivity.
• Manage relationships with Bodyshops, Mechanical workshops, Tires, glass and other vendors.
