Johnson & Johnson in Diegem, Belgium, seeks a Sales Enablement professional to optimize sales force effectiveness through analytics, CRM governance, and enablement tools. The role centers on driving performance via data-driven insights and scalable BI solutions.

The candidate will own CRM platforms, develop dashboards, and advise leadership on opportunities for growth, leveraging Power BI and the Power Platform stack.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Data Analytics and BI.
• Experience with data visualization, storytelling and executive-level presentation.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical languages.
• Experience with ETL/data processing and system integration.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Power BI, and Power Platform is desirable.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights.

Responsabilidades

• Administers strategic sales force effectiveness plans to increase product adoption and accelerate sales growth.
• Designs sales productivity tools and enablement resources to support goals.
• Provides local business intelligence insights to leadership.
• Manages CRM governance, data integrity, and local requirements.
• Develops BI dashboards, analytics models, and workflows using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Defines scope, resources, and alignment of reporting, training, and incentive programs.
• Benchmarks sales capabilities against industry standards and competitors.
• Communicates with sales teams to improve performance measurements and systems.
